Age 4-6 Enlightenment Stage
The stage where children's ability to seek knowledge and imitate is most strongly reflected requires comprehensive development of their physical fitness. We focus on shaping children's elegant postures, cultivating good behavioral habits, and basic etiquette to enhance their observation, attention, reaction, and imitation abilities.
Primary stage of 6-8 years old
This stage enters the cognitive response stage, possessing the ability to analyze problems based on the thoughts and behaviors of others, which is also what we call the formative stage. At the same time, children's metabolism accelerates and they become more lively and active. Without increasing their nutritional requirements for their diet, their demand for exercise also increases significantly.
Advanced stage of 10-14 years old
This stage focuses on improving and perfecting performance abilities. Based on the learning in the previous stage, children have already mastered rich dance skills and stage experience. This stage will continue to deepen technical skills, learn more advanced dance combinations and challenging dance routines.
Assessment courses
Level 1-10: Dance grading is a form of identification and recognition. There is no shortcut to learning dance. Every dance movement enhances children's muscle memory, and cognitive abilities reach a certain level before they can fully learn. Through the grading, they can discover their shortcomings and gradually improve their own problems.
Basic dance training courses
Basic skills are the foundation of dance and a necessary part of children's systematic learning of dance. Basic training includes head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, waist, buttocks, straddles, and leg training. Through systematic scientific training, children can meet their physical fitness needs in terms of flexibility, improve their elegant temperament and confidence, and enhance their emotional management.
